Frankie`s Famous Pizzeria in Egg Harbor Township

I've enjoyed Frankies for several years. Their pizza is very consistent and subs are delicious. They don't pretend to be a 5 -star restaurant but they seem to do every well.Yes, sometimes service is a little spotty but for the most part they are very nice.

Frankie's has gotten progressively worse over the last few years. After their most recent screw up, we're done with them. We ordered chicken fingers and fries for our daughter. After waiting over 45 minutes for it to arrive, we received 2 mozzarella sticks and fries. When we called to tell them, they blamed it on the new cook. Really? You can't tell the difference between mozzarella sticks and chicken tenders? But wait - there's more... They sent a replacement order. Said it would be right out. Yeah... 45 minutes later we received the correct order. And they actually wanted the two mozzarella sticks back to boot. DONE. Threw their menu in the trash, and we will never order from them again.

Super nice place to eat in & they have great tasting food , Pizza is sooo good & the dinners are huge and filling The Thai Chili wings are Amazing , I love this place it’s the only pizza spot I order from no matter what ! If your looking for good food and a comfortable atmosphere this is it ! I highly recommend this place !

I used to love frankies, 2 years ago it wasn't so bad but in the past year its been really bad. When i order the girl always gets it wrong, or the cooks who are making the food are getting it wrong I dont know, but i would like an order at least once come right. Like i had ordered Blackened chicken Caesar with black olives no croutons: i get it with croutons & no black olives & this is not the 1st time, its been many many times. I also ordered my father a pizza, when it finally came it was warm not even hot, & that wasnt the 1st time. When we order cheese steaks or anything we order it comes wrong!! & the food now isnt really all that good any more. well i think im gonna stop ordering from frankies, & they are soooo expensive, to expensive to get my order wrong!! Oh yeah & when i wrote to the owner Frankie, she didnt reply, or have anything to say.... i guess she really doesnt care about her business, her business thats going downhill.

If I could give zero stars I would ..I advise you not to order from there, delivery was more than an hr food cold n disgusting. Then you call to see what's taking so long and the computers went down, food missing from order you call to complain nobody answers for a half hr cause they know they wrong, never never again! Go to primos much better, food always hot and delivery is quick!

Went there on 12-11-17 at 5:00 PM and the guy at the cash register told me the register is not working so you can’t order anything. Then he said you can only get pizza slices for cash. He then said the lady who was supposed to show up didn’t come in and “they ain’t paying me overtime so I’m leaving sorry sir but check with El Coyote they got good food “. I went to El Coyote and the food was amazing. I will never go back to Frankies thank you delivery guy for the heads up on El Coyote. So disappointing that you guys don’t have a backup plan when the ordering system goes down. Shame on you, never again.

I have not tasted a bad or even ok thing yet best pizza and stromboli I ever had

The chicken bacon ranch pizza is awesome and the Buffalo chicken is a home run.

Got a call saying my order was cancelled because they ran out of supplies. On a Saturday night really? This will be my first and last time ordering from here.

Purchased 2 grilled chicken Caesar salads, salad was soaked with dressing salad wasn’t fresh charged me 6$ for a 1ft sub roll of garlic bread never go there again for 30$

Is Awesome Place To Eat In Or Take Out... the fam and I love Frankie! The Food Is Great. Plus Great Customer Service! If Your Not So Sure Wat To Order I Would Advise The Special Of The Day... every day is different so u can surprise yourself when it comes to the table or order it.. wish wad a bit bigger it would be a nice place to take the whole family great atmosphere. Still 5 Stars For Frankie!

Picked up a cheese steak for my husband and the little bit of meat that was on it was rubbery and bland, it was slopped together with so much mayo, lettuce was wilted & the roll fell apart so much from it being so slopped together, it had to be eaten with a fork. We used to like Frankies but lately, not so much.

I always went to frankies since they open..but in last year or 2,,they been way over priced for pies...andthey keep funki up my orders...I mean whoputs ricotta in a cheesteak stromboli..thanx. for the puking..u rly went downhill

We ordered dinner at work and it made everyone sick. Will not be ordering again. Don't feel very bad about that because the prices are too high also.

Alright, the prices are pretty good. But the quality is only as good as you pay for. I ordered Nachos, western burger, peanut butter pie, and a 2 liter coke. It was $27. The nachos have potential. But something in them has a chemical taste to it. Other than that they were decent. The burger was over cooked. I ordered medium, and it came well done. No pink in it at all. But it was still very great! The bun was so soft and fresh. The peepers and onions weren't completely mush. They still had a bit if a fresh crunch to them. Would highly recommend. The pie was a bit too sweet and rich for my liking, but the flavor was good. My overall satisfactory:7/10 would recommend ordering

Frankie's used to be my favorite place around. However, we just ordered food for the first time since they opened. Delivery for a single pizza was 1 hour and 15 minutes, when I called to see what was going on, the girl who answered waa so rude and it took forever for them to even answer. The pizza? Absolutely disgusting and it was cold. Would no longer reccomend.

The food here is delicious the cheesesteaks will fill you up the roll is soft and never soggy and the Chicken parmigiana dinner is amazing came with a side salad and a garlic knot I will be ordering again I highly recommend this place !

Absolutely 180 from what it used to be before she opened El coyote next door. The split in focus of running two restaurants really hurt Frankie's.

This place is close to work and I eat here once a week. The service is great. You can get two huge slices and a drink for four bucks. The owner is really concerned that his customers are happy. If you're not too stuffed after the pizza,try a cannoli or if you're luck they will have some authentic tiramisu with mascarpone! I can't say enough about this place. Support local business and get great food and service.

Ordered 20 tequila lime wings, sandwich for my daughter and chicken tenders for my son, received my order rather quick, sandwich and tenders were right, wings on the other hand not so much, got 20 wings dry and Thai Chile sauce on the side, noticed wrong sauce after I added to the wings, opps. Called and was told the counter girl called out, and it was the pizza guy taking orders, tried to blame the cook, I asked to send out new order and it was an argument, I said just refund my money back, and hung up. I did call back and was told he was sending driver with cash, why not just refund to my card. Then he said send the other wings back, I said why you can't resell them. In the end it was made right after I lost it with the guy. most likely the last time. Bye bye Frankie's.

Less then 1...food cold still frozen in middle...no manager to speak to...do not order from here...disgusting..still have metal taste in my mouth from the bad food...GROSS

Some hits & misses, but ultimately a good experience. A little pricey, until you see how much you get with your order. Pizza slices are nice & big, but the pizza we ordered was old, a little greasy & the pepperoni on it had the consistency of potato chips. The fries I got were good, but old & a little soggy. On the bright side, the bacon cheeseburger I ordered was quite large & quite good. Fresh, juicy & tasty, which I'll be getting again in the future.

Literally took an hour and a half to even deliver the food. Then on top of that I order a 20 meal. I get no side salad and my dish was completely disgusting. Literally two inches with butter, then substitute can calms instead of fresh ones. And on top of that no fried calamari. So disappointed I got the worse sunburn and all I wannted was a good sea food dish. Paid enough to get what I was expecting, but guess that they think someone will enjoy butter hugely chopped garlic maybe 3 pieces of shrimp and a ton of can calms. Disgusted

Drove there at 9:30 for some deserts, google and the sign on the door said they're open tull 10:30 but the cashier said everything was closed down for the night. Disappointing.

Just order a takeout dinner entrees which was supposed to be chicken scallopini. What was in the bag was chicken piccante. I looked at my receipt and Chicken Piccante was printed on the top line and right below it was printed in red,,( scallopini). I called when I got home and the very nice cashier said they didn't have a button for scallopini, and that's what her manager said to do. The owner was in the back when I came in, so how did they screw it up? By the way I was not impressed by the shabby outfit their Pizza man was wearing. I thought the new theme meant a fresh new look. I guess that didn't include a clean shirt and pants for the cook. Overall not impressed!!!

Ordered a large "Maria" pizza which is listed in their menu as having figs. Our previous order did. This one did not. $19.14 minus ? for lack of figs? They are in season now...what happened?

This place has great pizza but that’s about it. If I’m looking to get pizza this is my go to place however I’ve learned to only stick with the pizza. 🍕

The people who answer the phone are nice....but that is about all I can say about the "new" Frankie's Market. I wish they still made their pizza they way they did before they remodeled. We used to love the Buffalo Pizza but it is NOT the same.. Even the plain is blah. We were so excited when they reopened and we looking forward to pizza night with our fave pizza- what a let down!!Frankie's- whatever you changed, you need to put it back. The new pizzas are terrible and we were so disappointed. Bring back your old recipes & pizza- makers- please!!!!

They werent friendly on the phone. Also when delivering to my house the man was rude. I said 'thank you" he said nothing. I followed to say "have a nice day" he said nothing.

Workers are nice. Calamari was shaped like onion rings, said it came with sweet chili but came with cocktail sauce. Brown roasted turkey sub was thin sliced deli turkey. Wings were soggy. Pickup order - got there at the end of the suggested time, waited another 5-10 minutes and they didn’t realize the calamari and wings were already done. Disappointing to say the least. Waste of $30.

All I can say is it was my first time and it was just disgusting!!! Under cooked soggy left overs is what it looked like and the taste yuck!! This place is horrible.. They also gave me the wrong food and on the guys receipt it said customer always complains and never tips I couldn't believe that it makes me wonder what they do to people's food when they complain and why they would think that is ethical to put that on customers receipt, if the customer is that bad stop serving them but who ever this guy was who's order they gave me obviously has a good reason to complain because I can vouch for whome ever.... I have pictures I will provide.. When I went in to return the food it took him 3 mins to add what he owed me and got it wrong and had to re add what he owed .. I didn't even get an apology and he was rude!!! Well easy come easy go see you never again. Please get it together and stay off your phones that's probably why you guys messed everything up!!!!!!!!!
